Our Team.

27 years after its creation, Bondeko Refugee Livelihoods Centre is still led by refugees who constitute the majority of its leadership. However, since 2018 the host community is also included among the beneficiaries of Bondeko's activities. And Ugandan citizens are given equal chances to apply for job opportunities at Bondeko Centre whenever there is a call for application. As a result of this approach, some of our team members are Ugandans, and one of them is presently among the top managers in the organization.
